  1. Wasn't in a riding order, that's for Rob Lyon to sort out I like the fact that suggested teams contain very few riders who have appeared for Lynn before. A good clear out and fresh start is what's needed.
  2. You can't legislate for Bewley going missing so often though and scoring so poorly at Ippo in the semi. They did finish top after all.
  3. How did what work out for BV? Hope you are right on the second part.
  4. Whoever we end up with it'll be what's left once everyone else has signed who they want, a consequence of having the smallest budget unfortunately.
  5. Had heard this, would be incredibly brave but if the second division team is packed with chargers it could work. Would mean weekly speedway which is what we used to have in the 'good old' days. Of course the million dollar question is can they get enough through the door every week but if they take the plunge I wish them luck.
  6. Nope I'm still on there. Forum just playing silly sods!
  7. It's not a surprise to me as I can't see anything With that and the like button no longer working what on earth is going on with the forum nowadays?
  8. I agree that a top league with 6 or 7 teams is very much less than ideal but I'd say having the likes of Doyle, Emil, Bewley, Woffinden, Lambert, Laguta, Holder etc racing here and putting bums on seats isn't a joke.
  9. If its scratching around for a sixth team to make it feasible then it absolutely is unfortunately.
  10. It's not, but its because its too grippy and has far too much clay in it. But stocks rule unfortunately. Bomber will be a great signing wherever he goes.
  11. Has it? Even when Lynn is 'slick' it isn't anyway because of all the clay. If he ended up at Lynn he'd be a big success and enjoy every moment IMO.
  12. He could be the most important signing of all. Best in the business IMO.
  13. Unable to give this a like but couldn't agree more.
  14. Apart from they were the best team in the league once they'd made their final changes.
  15. Musielak and Lawson elsewhere from what I've heard. I'd welcome Tarasenko and Basso (and of course Bomber) as they are all good to watch as well as having a bit of improvement in them, and freshening things up. Mixed feelings on Klindt, the way he was riding before his crash he'd be a no brainer but you just wonder if he can come back from awful injuries like that and be at the same level, a solid team couldn't have a weak link or any risks in it.
  16. I think we have to accept that we don't have the necessary sponsorship or financial clout to start the season with an expensive number one, which means a proper solid, Peterborough 2021 style team is our best chance of being competitive. They've tried it the last two seasons and it hasn't worked out, maybe third time lucky? As well as those names mentioned I'd heard the likes of Brennan, Klindt, Jenkins mentioned on the grape vine too. They've got to get it spot on with no weak links and second strings and reserves who very rarely concede points to their opposite numbers.
  17. I guess it's a retirement area and older people are more set in their ways and resistant to change. So it makes sense 24 hours really really shouldn't make that much difference though.
  18. Which I've never understood and still don't!
  19. Great top four, dodgy bottom three especially if the Aussie is a nutter.
