I've never hidden the fact I find a bit of off track handbags amusing at the speedway. * Actually, I have to qualify that. As Masters is involved, and with his disgraceful record, I don't want to see any trouble. A step too far and, for me, when he is involved I'm afraid the laughing stops. No place for that kind of thuggery in Speedway.

How many teams does Bach ride for now - it looks to me he rides in Poland for a start(?) and Denmark, maybe Sweden!? Unfortunately we were probably pushed into this situation by circumstances but agree I'd much rather be seeing our full 7. -

Apparently it's a new one which UPS managed to lose - not a good avdert for a courier!! -
Hoping for a dry evening.. no announcements yet but presumably the teams are as follows: Monarchs 1. Sam Masters 2. Erik Riss 3. Kevin Wolbert 4. Mark Riss 5. Ryan Fisher 6. Max Clegg 7. Dan Bewley Glesga 1. Richard Lawson 2. Rene Bach 3. Richie Worrall 4. R/R for Nike Lunna 5. Aaron Summers 6. Fernando Garcia 7. Danny Ayres Summers on a new Ash tec engine apparently, could be close but a lot depends on Bach, Lawson, M Riss and the reserves perform.... hoping for a narrow Glasgow victory but who knows.

Wolves V Belle Vue 20th June
damosuzuki replied to rainman's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Certainly it's going to be an interesting 2nd half of the season. I still think it's going to be one of Poole belle Vue though. Playoffs should again be thrilling by the look of it. -

Looking at the score surely Cook and Nicholls did well, Worral out of depth, off night for Fricke and Zagar at 6.4. Having said that, I'm just looking at the score, wasn't there! -

Weird - I couldn't access this forum earlier today??? Anyone else have any issues

I can understand why the guest rules so lax in NL, though. Surely it's case of increasing professionalism as you move up the ranks.NL riders put a lot of unpaid hours in for love of the sport. Unfortunately it's then open to abuse.

Berwick Vs Ipswich 18th
damosuzuki replied to allthegearbutnaeidea's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Berwick are a great side at home at the mo, so realistically a home win was expected. Liam Carr really impressed me lately, and he did enough to ride in Heat 15. So take away the reserves and it's a lot more like 50-40. I said it before - Bandits for the play offs.
