OveFundinFan
I not a Tai Woffinden fan but acknowledge his racing achievements, and certainly respect his decision to drop out of this years GPs before the season started.
Phannan
To up the excitement level why not give michelsen or thomsen etc a go . Theyâd up the viewing figures. Thereâs always bomber. Heâd probably turn up if asked.
eric i
Michelsen is probably the best rider outside the GPs apart from the Russians, unlucky not to get a wc. Will Parnitskyi do the World under 21s the day before the GPs?

Perhaps, but by leaving it so late he has robbed someone the opportunity to plan ahead to ride the GP season and get sponsors ready for the campaign.  Actually I blame whoever thought it was a good idea to offer him a wildcard, his GP form for two seasons was average (at best) and that was before the injury. He really should not have been offered a place.

False dawn
A more generous interpretation of what little we know is that Tai was badly injured. Then against the odds he's offered a WC for this year's GP series. He accepts in the hope that working very hard he can be fit in time. Unfortunately his body didn't quite co-operate enough to make the fairy tale come about. Just saying.
