nagy1
Hopefully the Tigers can keep it tight tonight and they don’t get distracted by the southern softies gamesmanship. Brown’s moaning after the last meeting is still embarrassing for any Glaswegian. Should have been dealt with in a more traditional manner. Newton’s third law. A lot will depend on Harris, Nagel and Dan tonight. Someone mentioned Lawson and Tobi “sorting Nagel out” in heat one, that could be interesting. Nagel is not scared to mix it, his heat 15 against Charles Wright proved that. He may be tentative on a new track though. CT being the ref could be an interesting. Despite some Poole fans saying that Glasgow are favourites for the match (incredibly sh1te patter) we all know it’s Poole’s to lose. They are on a hot streak and have the mentality that is required. Hopefully Glasgow can find that resilience and fight the good fight.we have done it before. Any truth in the rumour that there will be drug and fuel testing tonight?
Steve Shovlar
Weather is good. Overcast and dry all day. Perfect for this evening. Pirates have got to be on it to a man to take a decent lead up to Glasgow on Friday. No EF’s, no silly falls. 12 point lead required.

They don't normally give advance notification if they are gonna turn up, that's why it's called random testing

SteveArena
Shovvy has risen like Lazarus from the dreaded Covid. The main stream media should have used him in an advert reminding folk to get the vaccine. Shovvy one minute at deaths door then he is at the Speedway jumping around as Poole win the league! Harry then turns to the camera and says Get the vaccine triffic!

topaz325
Glasgow need to give it everything tonight and have a strong top 5 but Poole can be so strong at home , the reserves and Richard Lawson can score big points tonight for Poole. old bob at herne bay
Back to the topic …..Poole Bloaters vs Glasgow Lions. poole have the momentum going into this and are a smashing team. Momentarily Glasgow might land a blow early doors, but it will be speedway out of the top drawer. Kelv’s screwdriver in the track says 10 point win to Poole tonight , rain off ☔️ at Glasgow, the 2 point win for Glasgow in the re run.

Fromafar
Think this will be tight over 2 legs if Nagel has half decent night tonight.Glasgow reserve need too do better away from home though.Cost them at Redcar on Sunday.

I'd be surprised if that happens. I won't complain (I'll leave that to everyone else) about it I'd be surprised. 14 minutes ago, Fromafar said: Think this will be tight over 2 legs if Nagel has half decent night tonight.Glasgow reserve need too do better away from home though.Cost them at Redcar on Sunday. Those who everyone will look it but to me a lot could depend on what Dan and Leon do. Obviously they both know what to do at Poole now but was watching the watch along YT thing for Redcar vs Glasgow they were saying that apparently Dan was complaining about bend 3 at Redcar saying there were a few bumps on it, so be interesting to see what he does at Poole. Depends what the tide is doing i guess! Leon tends to be good at Poole most of the time but could be a race to the dirt line so will need some gating gloves on. So as much as reserves and Nagel could decide things so could 3 and 4 partnership which sometimes fans underestimate how important it is i think. Gavan
Poole is easily by 12 probably more The reserves will outscore Glasgow’s reserves by around 10 points and that’s the issue
poole keith
If I was glasgow owner I would have splashed the cash and got some engines specially prepared for Poole, might have helped the reserves, and gating in general!!
SteveLyric2
For everyone attending this evening, get in the queues as early as possible in case any H&S people with their 'clickers' try to say the stadium has reached capacity too early! NB. Lawson on facebook this morning saying he's looking for a Premiership place in 2026!!! Edited 3 hours ago by SteveLyric2
