Poole 2026

Very shrewd signing ..

If nothing else, he will get some interest generated and bring more in to watch...

USA riders now a rarity so plenty of marketing opportunities locally to create some good publicity, as there is a definite "angle" to work...

And, if it works out, a potential long term investment...

I would say "typical Poole" but some might smash down their phones, tablets or laptops..:D

You think?   Hasn't the 75% of matches deadline been passed?    Glasgow have said they cannot replace Kyle Howarth or the German lad (although they might want to) and both clubs have raced 11 Championship matches plus their BSN rounds.............

Guests all the way now!

According to the SS last Thursday, Poole's 75% of fixtures was up at Berwick on Saturday.

BUT just because the club only announced the signing today doesn't mean the deal/contract wasn't done last week. In fact MF heavily hinted it at the home meeting last Wednesday v Edinburgh.

Poor lad. Gonna be scared off from British Speedway when he rides that rubbishshow of a track.

He will be impressed by the size of the crowd, I imagine he could put a few on the gate as a young, promising, american speedway rider is a rare thing.

Agree with your points, although with no asset system, he could leave for another team next year. Hard to plan long term investments these days, before considering the points limit or all the best riders going to Poland.

100%, all very much live for now given the landscape...

But a signing like this, later in the season, will always give some fresh impetus to a club, which can only be a positive when attracting people into the stadium..

Especially one that could have a few "dead rubbers" as they are pretty much nailed on for the play offs...
