It's a matter of context and circumstances I think you’ll probably find most road users these days suffer from some sort of mental illness of one thing or another that can affect their judgment. And that could have catastrophic effects on say a motorway. Affecting dozens of other road users. A speedway race affecting 3 others which is definitely 3 too many. No disrespect at all because it's obvious that Cook definitely still has what it takes, but his ability to just disappear when needed is just not good enough as a professional rider. I feel it's the end of his career now - not because he can't do it, but no promoter will risk it any more. Neila Posted June 19 Report Share Posted June 19 Earlier in the season kemp put all his eggs n the polish basket, but after a few weeks of not being picked or limited fixtures, I think he has now decided/ been persuaded to return to British speedway. In the earlier heats he was going really wide when that outside line wasn't working. Unsure where Batchelor is, but he hasn't missed a meeting for us in two years, so must be something important. More track time for Kemp is a positive though.
