Speedway GP Belle Vue Manchester Tickets 2026

Enjoyed it but boy did it miss Dan Bewley, Robert Lambert just doesn't seemed to have clicked with the British fans like Dan and to some extent (love him or hate him, you can't knock his record) DJ Woffy. It just seemed a bit flat without him.

Wow what a meeting was standing just before turn 3, the racing was fast and furious,  some of the cut backs into this turn insane,  bartoz has more speed than anyone else,  can we get an engine check to make sure he's not on a 750 😜

Much is made of how good the NSS track is but in reality it's a narrow one-line track in the latter stages of these meetings, whoever gets to the dirt line beside the fence first coming out of the second bend first lap is pretty much guaranteed the win as long as they don't make a mistake.

You wouldn't know what a proper speedway track looks like 😜 I was standing just by turn 3 and the racing was insane and some of the cut backs were unbelievable especially at the speed they were going.  Shame the rain came to spoil the last 3 heats

Agreed.  Kurtz is a bit of a one trick pony so needed to take advantage of two home GPs.  I doubt he will have that advantage tomorrow on a wet track.

Yet, Kurtz won how many GP's consecutively at the end of 2025.  3 or 4?  He'd ave been World Champion last year if you ignore the points from the sprints.

Well we've barely seen him in Britain for what 4-5 seasons?

Fricke deserved to win, unbeaten after his first ride.  Zmarzlik picking gate 4 for the final was bizarre.   I've never really been a fan of MJJ but enjoyed watching him tonight.  I thought the track was great for 16 heats, the last 4 regular heats it seemed as if no rider really knew where to put the bike.  After the rain it was on the edge of the dirt or noting.  Without Lindgren, Bewley or the French Grasstrackers no one was likely to risk venturing into the really deep damp stuff.

The more I listen too Kelvin ,the more I despair.

They should rewind the the recording and listen too themselves.Semi final picks-would they have pick the inside gates if it was raining(they didn’t think so) Final pick Bartosz picks outside (it suddenly becomes the wrong call)

Admittedy Bartosz didn’t make a start (he hasn’t all night )and got it wrong on 1st bend and fell.

ps

the riders know what they want too do it’s just sometimes it doesn’t go too plan.
Woryna a hero to zero with him every race.sound off from now on.

When Woryna and Madsden crashed, sounded like one of the engines was still running long after they both had parted company with their bikes, can anyone confirm.

It was Madsens, he realised and returned to his bike to sort it out before sitting back down on the track

A fantastic evening of Speedway...

Hair trigger decisions being made in almost every race from front to back..

Cost me £142 for me and my lad,

What is that cliché? Worth the admission alone?

Many of them were...

Let's hope for more of the same tomorrow...

Madsen's bike was full revving on it's side, he got up to turn it off, then collapsed to all fours. Woryna was a liability to others most of tonight.
