mikebv
Just watching the Polish coverage of the last race... "Pheeenominarllllllll" and "Speedwayyyyyy!" (Said at the end), were the only two words I understood... But they certainly enjoyed it... Edited 5 hours ago by mikebv
Fromafar
Jan Kvech had a good night,he is a bit inconsistent but I think he is underrated,he is still only24.
topaz325
It’s crazy the actions of some fans they prefer to go for chips and beer rather than watch the racing. Can’t bring water in but flares are ok 😃

Definitely a rider in there.... Slow burner but isn't fazed racing with the top riders.

mikebv
Just watched heat nine where Kurtz, brilliantly, went from third to first. . The commentators are going mad at the end of the race, and the camera pans to the Grandstand. Rows and rows of seated fans, heads down, pens out, and programme filling in... "Did you get the time of the last one?"..

And a disgusting personality/attitude to go with it. Bewley was our main hope, chalk and cheese compared to Lambert. A likeable character, pure box office to watch and no fear. hopefully this nasty leg break wont dent his future.

Tatum talking cr@p !!! So after getting it wrong last time [Madsen & Holder in Prague] he didn't even bother to find out why. How pathetically unprofessional.

Bydgoszcz at it's finest may still be my favourite, it is such a shame that there is huge gap between the track & terracing on the bends. Toruń & Wroclaw are great tracks & have stadiums that compare. Despite being a bit feral I enjoy the racing at Grudziądz & Częstochowa. Landshut was good after 40 mins of doctoring earlier this year. If they ever host a Worldish event at Västervik again I'll go. I think I enjoyed the final 8 heats and GCQ & final more than Friday, but the first 4 heats tonight especially were a bit poor. Strange how one track can produce such different racing depending on how it is prepared. Which one would Bewley have preferred is an interesting question. Zmarzllk is a joy to watch, but he'll have more World Titles than anyone else one day surely, so I just don't want him to win. But I'll take him (and almost anyone) over Jack Holder. You have take your hat off to Zmarzlik, in the final he realised he getting near Kurtz on the outside, so switched back to the inside where MJJ was. Zmarzlik didn't plough into the back off MJJ as Woryna did with Madsen the previous night. He backed off safely, allowing Holder to pass him but found the speed to pass Holder within the next lap. marko
Excellent meeting and once again this track serves it up (note to BSN, don’t bother with tracks like Kings Lynn, come here four times instead) Brady will be Bartosz’s main challenger and I think he could do it with more performances like tonight, just one thing though and this is aimed at Aces fans, would Brady still race in the UK, if he was World Champion? I've said before I'd do away with programmes, they're an atmosphere killer too many folk with their noses buried in their programmes to join in with the rest of the crowd... but at £10 a pop they're a nice little earner.

The banking must mean plenty of moisture around the kerb remains and no one seems to use it from heat one..... Hyde Rd was similar and PC and Mort used to often use the inside to pass riders later in the meeting when all were riding the boards, and it was mentioned in their books.. However, you do need a large amount of talent to hold that line, and not lose momentum... Edited 3 hours ago by mikebv
