Good race nights, good team building, taking action on replacing riders when they can. We could learn a thing or two from over there. I really hope Northampton don’t finish bottom! Ellis at least gives fans a "home" rider to cheer for (if they're that way inclined) and I know I'm more forgiving of a youngster developing like McDiarmid that a journeyman on his way out. He's posted today saying he has been doing physio and would have been back for this week's fixture. You've now replaced batch who in his last two meetings had top scored for Northampton with a young Aussie who has never rode around Northampton or many of the Premier League tracks at that.
