rearingtogo
3 hours ago, Chairboy said: Dan Ford on Charlie Southwick: "This is exactly what the sport is about - a young rider working his way through, showing commitment, and earning an opportunity" Noble words from Dan there. Just one slight issue...Poole still won't consider running an NDL team. The Happy Clappers down there don't like NDL racing, so there is no money to be made. Poole continue their policy of letting other tracks run the NDL, and they can pick out young riders when it suits them. Poole Parasites Everyone would lie to race for Poole. The history shows it’s run towers above the rest.

Next week is a hot one 25-27c, so would assume the track will be slick and dry!

Thought he did ok at Berwick last season, probably should have stayed there. Though he is another one that doesn't follow advice apparently. Well that is what was said when he was at Poole a couple of years ago.

Was riding at 6, and felt like he was beating everyone, including Sam Masters. And then moved to number 2 and confidence deserted him and he hardly scored a point. Shame as I would always welcome him back to Poole

Wouldn't listen.

Shame as I would always welcome him back to Poole Well I for one wouldn't be welcoming him back as a Pirate, Poole saw the best of him at number 6. After that very little to show for the promising start, how did he win a second British U21 championship?

His form did fall of a cliff once the move up but as he’s a treble winning Pirate I’d certainly welcome him back, on the right average
