  1. Past hour
  2. I have been working on this for a while and you're right, it's not the most practical. I have got to the stage where I have 7 years of results for PL1/2, SWE & UK, and it has produced a list that looks broadly about right, but it'll never be perfect. Even looking beyond the track - do some riders try more in POL than elsewhere (probably)? There so many variables (way more than I ever considered) and I don't think we'll ever get a proper, accurate model.
  3. How long will Ace pijper be out due to big off at team GB practice at Glasgow on Saturday, seems to has been caught by another rider after falling, was a post on his Facebook page yesterday, nothing appears to be broken, but seems to be very bashed up
  4. He is contracted to Northampton, has a championship average so can guest in our league, also could sign for a championship team as this world be his 4th league, after premiership, Denmark and Poland
  5. You cant blame the track , these riders Allen, Edwards and Mulford are just as inconsistent away, its a joke that Bears had to lose a rider as we had two over 8 points, now we have a rider on 9 next rider is on 6 point average , that's been the issue, we wont qualify for the PO's but a decent performance last night against Plymouth, particularly Jody Scott.
  6. But weren’t they signed because the club thought that they would increase their average in the first place ? Yes, track doesn’t appear the same each week, not enough dirt or water in my opinion , but that’s not going to change . They failed on the ‘injury free’ aspect 😄
  7. Question for those that know the rules. How was Klindt able to ride as a guest on Saturday? As far as I am aware Redcar could not re-sign Klindt due to the 4 league rule, he can’t sign for a Champ club due to Polands 4 league rule, yet can guest for a Champ club even though it’s the 4th league he’s riding in 🤷‍♂️. Doesn’t make sense to me.
  8. I think that includes his 7 from 5 on Friday (the day after the cut off). His GSA will be 5.00 next month
  9. Today
  10. Is it riders or track very inconsistent ?, I think it’s a matter of keeping everyone injury free and keep guest bookings out with nil injuries, everyone is very capable of increasing averages , there hasn’t been to many consistent riders in 26 in any team
  11. Think Eddie has messed it up for next month. Home will be ok but looks like he is 0.04 above Bowes (5.09 compared to 5.05)
  12. That's extremely true,, you can have 15 races no genuine passes and the comments on the socials after the meeting will be how brilliant the meeting and racing was
  13. Their doctors are also amazing... Riders can be completely unfit to ride on a Thursday but OK to ride on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday over there... Sometimes if is only a temporary situation though, as the ailment comes back on the Monday..
  14. From what I got told on Saturday, I’d be making this season Jeppesens one and only as a comet too.
  15. Thank god Dan had an off night would have been another massacre.
  16. Surely it’s not about what will or won’t benefit people most; it’s about completely disregarding the planning decision. Imagine if everyone did that it would just devolve into chaos.

  18. Sam Masters will be riding for Poole as a guest (as will Eddie Kennett, who has somehow managed to keep his average safely below Fraser Bowes) while Drew Kemp will be back at #1 for the Bandits -- the position he held at the end of last season!
  19. Dan Thompson didn’t score very many, Loftus scored more than his average
  20. qualifying starts at 12pm UK time so draw should be known by 1.30pm. 5pm UK time start on Friday.
  21. Ha! Harris is two places above Paco though in the pecking order. If Lambert, Woryna, Lebedevs and Jepsen Jensen qualify from this years' GP then it's Tungate, Nilsson, Jakobsen and Harris who get in, unless I've got that wrong?
