He was, not bad at the dustbowl Worky either - crazy schedule he has had over the last 2/3 weeks given that he works at his landscaping gardening job in between racing.

Nicholls has been fine this season so far - he's had one 'dud' at the NSS which I reckon we all thought might be the case - his 1pt at Foxhall doesnt really do justice to his meeting. a tapes penalty and exlusion and losing out whilst protecting Jenkins.'

I also get the feeling bangs isn’t coming back

replaced by Casper Henriksson?

He's barely getting a ride in Gdasnk this year and of all the UK tracks Ipswich would probably suit him the most.

Not bothered if PHB comes back tbh, I've not been impressed with his showings on British tracks tbh.

I just don't want Mayfield to do the predictable thing though and sign a bang out of form Jenkins because they keep booking him to guest anyway as it's just lazy management because they surely know how he's been performing so far this season.

Well if Bangs isn’t returning then the Captain isn’t aware of it. There was a big piece in this weeks Star about Bangs’ return against Northampton next week and King tipping him to find form on his second visit to tracks.

Think bangs needs to be given time to find form.  They could be viewing him as a longer term project

It certainly doesn’t, you’re right. To the point that although I have a season ticket, I haven’t bothered to attend a couple of home meetings.

All seems a bit drab this year without that sparkle of Emil/Doyle. Needs rectifying this winter if I’m to part with my cash again next year.

Foxhall to me feels completely flat. I’ll go to the home matches and keep an eye on the away meetings but it doesn’t exactly excite me anymore to see what we can do. The heart of it has been ripped out and feels like a make shift team. People will naturally speak on Doyle and Emil but I actually am also disappointed that Dan left, I enjoyed watching him progress. Lawson & PHB don’t really excite me enough to get into their races, Scotty is just filling in for a season it feels like just for a farewell (although he has done brilliant for us in the past so I can’t knock him). Brennan has a bright future but will get frustrated when he can’t beat the other out and out number ones of other teams so I hope it doesn’t deflate him, especially with what is going on with him at Bydgoszcz. King and Edwards always try hard and were previous witches so no problem with that. And I like watching Tobi to be fear. Just doesn’t seem like “my” Witches.

What's going on with Tom at Bydgoszcz?

It’s also probably just the sport in general now. Belle Vue having 3 guests the other day. It’s farcical. It just feels like everyone is biding time now.
