It doesn’t imply that at all in terms of getting the initial 25%. It simply say further declarations the 25% will no longer apply.    I’d like to see the rule that simply says, a rider won’t get a 25% reduction on his average following a graduation out of the rising star scheme, if they’ve previously had a 25% reduction in a previous season. 

I want Lawson as well. Only reason why I didn't include him is because he was name dropped for Northampton.
