Will Cairns in the BSN booth after winning heat two: ”Aiming for a maximum tonight”.

Next two races: 0,0.😂

Tbf 300 is the perfect game in ten pin bowling

Said it when he signed and I’ll say it again now, Bowes was an awful signing by Poole and very unlike Poole signing. As he’s not very good. May have the odd good meeting but not what riding for Poole is about.

Just got back and thoroughly enjoyed that. Some very good racing tonight with lots of passing played out in front of a very good sized crowd.

A few bones of contention. Bowes being excluded when it looked to all and sundry that Kerr had engine issues. And Wood getting back in when he seemed to fall on his own.

Best race was clearly the Lawson last to first but special mention for Kyle who made it happen.  Our reserves are both rather good though Cooper currently has the edge. Good rivalry in the same team will bring them both along.

As for Bowes, well he had a disastrous meeting. Matt left him in heat 14 and he over tried when it looked like he was going to lead down the back straight. Got to give the lad a chance but  Matt doesn’t take any prisoners.

Last of all Kyle who tries his heart out every race. If that was his last meeting for Poole, he will be picked up within days.

Bowes was responsible for the stoppage as he fell so had to be excluded although i agree Kerrs EF caused Bowes fall. Kerr wasn't under power when the red lights came on so should also have been excluded.

Wood fell after the red light came on so was rightly allowed to contest the rerun.

Cocky sod and that doughnut in heat 14 proves it

That's a really inaccurate comment, but what you could pick up on when Cairnes came to the line for heat 14 was that he was 100% fired up for it. So no surprise he wanted to celebrate when he pulled it off, with a real gritty ride.

Enjoyable meeting with plenty of talking points.

Bowes should not have been excluded for laying his bike down to avoid Kerr, Kerr should have been excluded as primary cause. Kyle was excellent and I would keep him, he is Poole at heart and always gives his best for us, he should have been given heat 15 with the meeting already won. Bowes seems to have been signed on one excellent meeting last season, tonight he was awful as he was at Oxford. Lawson on the other hand was brilliant.
