I watched it delayed by about 45 minutes and didn’t have any issues. Fast forwarded between heats and nearly caught up to ‘live’ by the end. Perhaps that’s the best way to watch it if you don’t like long drawn out meetings.

You obviously were not there to see Cairns torpedo Piper into the fence, I watched Cairns throughout the meeting walking round the pits like some sort of prima donna , showing no humility at all like the GP riders I had witnessed only 24 hrs earlier at Belle Vue.

Imo cairns seems to think he is a lot better than he is, if he gates will win, but if he misses the gate he struggles to pass, or if he does it's reckless, daddy's money won't help him passing other riders though 😜

Think they need to look at the line up for this type of meeting going forward, you had too many young lads there who struggled to turn the bike in the dirt and control the bike to stay on for 4 laps, the gaps between 1st and 4th in some races was around half a lap which just isn’t competitive.  
Even it’s a case of dropping the u21 title and making it u24 where the more experienced u21 riders (those with Championship places maybe as a minimum) will mix it with  those who recently moved on from that age group but are in a bit of no man’s land.

No I was not there but what I saw of the crash on tv, he did not torpedo Pjiper and was unfortunate to get excluded.

I agree that Cairns did not 'torpedo' Ace, but he did knock him down and deserved the exclusion. 

I thought Ace's reaction was a bit over the top. I think it was more down to the fact that he didn't win the title on his home track. Got out-gated and frustration boiled over once he bit the dirt.

Will is certainly a marmite character, of that there's no doubt.

BSN, i had pictures that were pixalating when the racing was in full flow, i know they mentioned it during the meeting so were aware of the issue.

Racing and presentation of the meeting, far too long to run a meeting, track looked awful and a number of riders looked out of shape on it!.

I thought Rushen, Cairns, Scott, Loftus, Perry, Foord, Pijper all looked good.....regarding Pijper he will soon learn when having an engine failure you just don't "dump" the bike on the track for your mechanic to pick up, right there right then showed a poor attitude, only something small but stood out a mile.

Instead of renaming competitions, they could think about mandating all clubs run a junior team and give these kids some bike and track time!

I'm not keen on him myself... but that's great 👍The sport needs these marmite characters... or just characters would be a start.

Only saw it on YT but there did seem to be a Zmarzlik sized opportunity to dive bomb into turn three...

Cairns took that chance and, given the one camera angle from his side of the track, looked like he may have got passed without touching Piper...

Either way, good to see someone prepared to take racing risks...

Specsavers for you if you saw Ace hit the fence.Slid across the track without bike just reached the fence.Dont I would call that “torpedoed” into fence.

All these expert analysists who weren’t even at the meeting. The view from up above the entrance to the third bend showed that Cairns went for a gap that wasn’t going to be there for long and clearly took out Pijpers front wheel, not on purpose, just youthful  enthusiasm, but it did happen.
