I’m not a huge fan of the track, speaking to a recent former Poole rider over the winter, the track is set up for however Zach wants it apparently with little input from the others (clearly working for him!)

However, tonight there was some excellent racing, many an overtake and wasn’t all just from the gate.

Speaking to one of the stewards tonight, he said the door count was just over 2,300, which for a nothing meeting is truly exceptional. No wonder every other club wants to be us

But! But! But! I saw a photo of a "Blue Groove!!!!

That's the important thing to mention, not the crowd of well over 2,000!!!!:D

"Ahh! But how many of them of them will be back next time with the track looking like that?" Will no doubt be the question asked by some...

"Pretty much most if not all of them, and maybe even more" will be the answer..;)

Barker said there would no passing because track was slick, how wrong he was, passed Kerr in his first race then got passed by Kerr later in the same race. There was passing in most races.

A suggestion which seems to be made every single year, to aspire to something and stimulate growth...

Yet, instead, we dumb down every single year...

Maybe using the mean average of all the teams would be a compromise?..

Meaning the lowest teams have head room, (but not unreachable head room), to improve, and the top teams don't have to decimate their septet by reducing loads of points...

...like keeping it at 40 points?!

If that is the mean average of all the teams then why not?...

That means the league doesn't get watered down..

Personally, as 14 heats, times 3 points, is 42, then that should be the average used...

All seven riders, csn have had four rides each, so its up to the owners to build the best team...

Judging by the number of riders who's averages have mysteriously just dropped to 8 with British reduction it would seem so

Yes, Bomber and King well below 8 now. 38 point limit is too low, keep it at 40. Looking on the Poole front Cairns will likely start the season at number 3 and 3rd HL in 2027! with Rushen in 2 or 4 position.

I think that limit surely teams like Poole or Glasgow will look to step up, as that is simply too low.

Maybe or “ The one big league scenario” yes I know it has many flaws  but just another rumour going round about all the top riders leaving the UK and leaving the rest to make up level playing field with two years of pain to get back to a 2 tier League

Think as things stand you can rule out Cairns riding in the championship next season. With Poland next season he can only race in one other league, so it'd be a choice between Premiership or Championship if he continues to race in Britain.
