It just shows how strong Poole are, Edwards would be 5th in their averages!! The only other club where he would be classed as a heat leader would be at Scunthorpe!

With his average every year now he’s bound to be a 3rd heatleader at the start of the year and I just feel he’s a gd second string and that’s it.

Wright’s not the rider he’s been in recent seasons (due to injury, I assume) while Scott and Edwards were embarrassingly passive last night.

Tonight will be a comfortable 50-something, 30-something win for the Pirates.

Harsh on Jody Scott who was in the wrong place at the wrong time a few times. Twice his race partner did him no favours impeding his run. Edwards isn't a heat leader.

It was Gavin Parr who said that claiming it was because his throttle control was so good. I had a little chuckle. He isn't ruthless enough in his riding. He's a rider not a racer.

Ian Brannan constantly states that Edwards average goes up each year. Not true. His final Green Sheet average for 2025 was 6.60. His current Green Sheet average is 6.43. Like what Bellers stated in his post. He is a rider not a racer.

I did not say he was not heat leader material but any heat leader should get more than paid 7 at home.

Referee's report said "Medical Officer's clarification to referee, as helmet was cracked:   Lightcap showed no signs of concussion"

So it appears that lightcap is riding tonight 🤔 but what happened to the withdrawal through suspected concussion at Edinburgh on Friday 🤔 or is it a case of pilots bending the rules again 😜
