As far as I am aware, speedway riders are self employed. If speedway was the cause of what he did, how come every other rider has not done the same.

Why is it on the whole greyhound folk are self righteous tossers, you try to talk to them but they are just stuck up tossers who believe they are superior in society 

I believe he was 16 when he made his debut in 1975. For Boston and Lynn He averaged 7.43 that season for Lynn in the top league. At 17 he averaged 9.43,  at 18 it was 10.59. 19 was 10.23, 20 was 10.21, 21 was 10.14. All this was for Lynn in the top league. He was something special for sure.    

Fantastic amount of money raised over the years that figure by the supporters club.
