Poole Pirates Vs Glasgow Tigers 27th May Championship

Recommended Posts

This coming Wednesday sees the Pirates take on the Tigers for league points.

The Pirates willย  be without the unlucky Fraser Bowes after his nasty spill last week resulting in a punctured lung and rib and back bruising.ย

Hopefully Cooper will be available to boost the reserves

Glasgow of course have Chris Bomber Harris in thier ranks, who always rides Wimborne Road well, add on Kyle Howarth and Leon Flint and they have a solid top three.

Will be interesting to see how well Kevin Juhl Pedersen and Mario Hausl go on thier first visit.

Sam Hagon is up and down with his scoring and not sure if Freddy Hodder is fit.

Sticking my neck out, I think the Pirates should win thisย  not sure by how many though.

Thoughts?

Does KJP have a Danish meeting this Wednesday?

Can only see a pirates win, not sure if Mario will be there as had an accident , did not come out for his last 2 rides and reports are that Blodorn kicked him whilst he was lying on the track

:oย That's not good. Was hoping to see him ride at Poole as with our slicker track be interesting to see how he got on with it.ย

With the track issues of last week to be sorted plus 5 solid days of baking hot weather, gating will be ever more crucial.

51-39

We should let Cami do the track prep, then he can't moan about it. ๐Ÿ˜‰ย

Glasgow so far haven't gone as well as you'd expect, with the exception of home against Berwick. So maybe they are due a big performance? But I'm not expecting it to materialize on Wednesday. Losing Dan Thompson was a big lose.

The track will have had plenty of sun sure, but at least it's going to be predictable, so providing the water starts going on well in advance so it can soak down, track ought to be better than Kneeler predicts.

Copper was fit enough for SON2 so should be there, presumably helping out with RR for Bowes.

Due to the sunny weather down south ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸŒž I predict a dust bowl and a blue groove ๐Ÿ˜œ

Don't be so negative...

The tide might be in.....:D
