For a 16 year old that first lap was truly amazing.

Generational talent level maybe?...

A huge way to go obviously, but you can't teach that move, at that speed...

Few can do that, hence they become top level..

With Cairns, and Harrison, in particular, we have some very good level lads coming through..

I remember when I said that Cooper will excel this season  in the Prem and people on here said it’s too early 🤣

I said the same and was told I was crazy!

If you are good enough, you are old enough.

He will still have some ups and downs as he develops because he’s 16 and it comes with the territory but the sky is the limit for Coops. Anyone who watched him in the Juniors could see that.

Not too bad a meeting and presentation for the newbies, I hope that it drags a few of them to their local tracks as long as they take the trouble to work out where they are as there was not much of a mention of them!

Congrats Zmarzlik for sending Dudek to the hospital 🤦🏼

I did not mention Zmarzlik, what is your problem? I would never want to see any rider carted off to hospital, I was simply applauding the winner. The sport has inherent risks. This is what makes this and many other forums and platforms a pain in the arse, full of argumentative individuals who think only their views count, they cannot accept a counter view and believes that everyone else is wrong.  Part of an effing society who are responsible for a decline in standards and have ruined what was once a great place to live.

Odd reply - his post was not referencing yours.

Didn't want to be riding the inside...

Possibly a cut back...?

Hmm, well he must have had a plan, I'm not sure what it was, but he would have known he was taking a gamble. Certainly the star of the evening barring the winner.

Glad you replied as I thought I was going crazy with that reply and where I insulted him enough to go on a rant 🤣😂

Back to this final, I feel it’s a waste of a wildcard given Charles wright was useless in the last GP at Belle Vue. I would have preferred either of the other two but hey ho! I don’t like lambert either so that’s a bad result for my liking as he just comes over from Poland and takes the crown. 100% prefer Bewley to him. Must be an Ipswich thing 😂

To be fair - after that interview fair play to the guy. I just hope he takes this chance with both hands! 🙌

Congrats to Lambert but Rider of the Night by a long way - Cooper Rushen

Exceptional racing brain and the talent to back it up

Thought is got better as the heats went on. Shocking crowd though, well empty. Management should have done something about that. Give tickets away if you have to.

Lambert in another postcode. Always going to win it and did. Well done to Charles Wright after a tough season. The tears were very raw and real.

Special mention to Coops who smashed it for a 16 year old. Mistake in the final choosing white. Red would probably have got him a podium place. Huge for the sport having him and Cairns (Kerns as Kelvin kept calling him) coming through.

Great it was on ITV. The whole country could have watched that.
