Don't worry he won't miss any League matches. He will ride for decent points money in the League but individuals on BSPL Staged meeting rates not his favourite.

Can't find video but heat 9 was his best race, coming from the back to beat Michelsen, Lebedievs and Drabik/ He also beat the likes of Zengota and Woryna in other heats. NB. Leszno lost 47-43 but drew 90-90 on aggregate with Czestochowa

Tai is badly out of form on the SGP and Polish scene but in the UK he is picking up decent points in most meetings apart from Kings Lynn on Thurs. Although he may not go as well as Musielak did last year around Foxhall. Tai Woffinden 9 43 99 4 9.21 9.58 27 6 6 2 2 0 Jack Holder 8 35 76 6 8.69 9.37 17 10 5 1 1 1 Chris Holder 9 41 86 4 8.39 8.78 21 10 3 4 2 1

I've never been a big Rory fan but this is sad news. I'd imagine that having retired once and come back, this may be career ending definitely season ending. With the exception of possibly R Worrall there would be very few replacements available, a fact that is overlooked in my opinion. It's all very well to hope for new clubs or returning clubs but where are the riders at heat leader level especially but also second string and credible reserves to staff them. Further reduction of second tier points limit or advent of six man teams would appear to be the only logical solution.

I've seen video of the crash and if there had been an air fence, which were prevalent at that time, Ricky Ashworth would not have sustained the injuries he did. There's also video footage of the Zaine Kennedy crash, again caused by there being no energy absorption or dissipation by Scunthorpe's so called "safety" fence.

Yes there is a bit of Dis Taste towards Tai after last Season's antics from those Witches fans that travelled, and clearly heard what he said. But that's Sport at the Top level and as its been said on here by so many, that is Tai Woofinden, it's how he is. That has gone from Last Season, Sheffield won it coz we couldn't defend an 18 Point Lead and they are the current Champions. But we go into Monday with a Decent Septet, all be it with 2 Guests, but Good Guests to give Sheffield a right tough meeting. For me it will be close,as it should be from 2 of the top 3 teams in the League this season. And I would also think our Big Change at the top is close to being announced. So many Names been mentioned, and the wait can be painful for us Fans, but knowing how hard Chris and Ritchie are working to get the right man in, I'm sure the wait will be worth it.
